Prize amounts and deadlines

Each round's prize pool, entry deadline and judging date are confirmed by email when you register and are announced on this page before the round opens. Prize pools are funded by sponsors and supporters — fund a prize or sponsor a contest.

Official rules (summary)

  1. No purchase or payment is necessary to enter or win. A purchase does not increase the chance of winning.
  2. Entrants must be 18 or older. *Void where prohibited or restricted by law; entrants are responsible for complying with local laws.
  3. Entries must be original and must not infringe anyone's rights. Entrants keep ownership and grant Trade.Place a non-exclusive licence to publish and promote winning entries with credit.
  4. Winners are selected by a judging panel against the published criteria — these are skill-based contests, not lotteries.
  5. Prizes are paid within 30 days of winner confirmation; winners may need to provide identity and payment details and are responsible for any taxes.
  6. Trade.Place may cancel or modify a round if insufficient eligible entries are received or for reasons beyond its control.
  7. Personal data is handled under our Privacy Policy.
